I think they are concerned that some balance changes would end up making single player too easy. Granted, they would be able to modify enemy unit hp levels as well.

The Piranha is disgustingly overpowered. At LV 1 with explosive ammo, you can kill mooks with one shot.
its the fact that the guns design clearly shows that it holds eight shots not six.

Except that Mass Effect weapons hold thousands of rounds.jdmteggy4life wrote...

Very, very few of the balance changes from MP have made it into SP. Fire explosions are the only ones I can think of off the top of my head. However, the weapons in the weapon packs are all in their pre-nerf state. Meaning the Piranha, Typhoon and Krysae are all insanely OP.
no the typhoon in single player has the recoil bug and its dmg multiplyer is 1.5 not 2.0

Right I knew it had the recoil bug but it was proven to have only 1.5? Why is the Piranha pre-nerf then? That would make almost no sense o.O.

Introduce new difficulty with new balance changes, leaving other difficulties alone.
Overkill:
- All unshielded enemies to now have shields.
- All cerberus troopers have at least one new biotic or tech power that they use a lot. Aside from the Atlas Mech.
- Ammo clips restore 20% less ammo.
- Frequency of ammo drops reduced by 60%.
- Enemy attacks do 20% more damage than on Insanity.
- Cooldowns of all powers increased by 2 seconds.
- All Shepard and squad attacks have a damage reduction of 20%.
- Cerberus gains the Dragoon
- Geth gains the Bomber
- Reaper gains all of the collector forces from multiplayer
- Medi gel no longer revies fallen squad. You have to move up to fallen squad mate and manually do so.
Medi-gel restores 50% less health.
These are basically all terrible ideas.

[*]i fine with adding the bomber ,the dragoon adn collector for reapers, but not everything else i also think if you have omega adjucants should be in the rest of the game as well and we need new reaper units considering the conversation edi and tali had.

Yeah I'd like that back along with damage multipliers aganist different types of defenses. However I'd rather not mess with any of Shepard or the squads current stats. Instead I'd prefer to buff the enemy. And yes, I'd like to fight Collectors in campaign.

Also, I haven't used Singularity yet in single player, but I would also love the new improved version from multiplayer if it's not already in it.

I do not think that the singularity changes from multiplayer made it into singleplayer. I want to say only the fire explosion changes are now in singleplayer and nothing else; but I can very well be wrong here. I play a soldier Shepard and incendiary ammo followed by concussive shot creates fire explosions everywhere now.

yah, no kidding. They should just decrease the dmg, up the rate of fire and add those two extra shots.
