Not that it matters because "How Sovereign blew up" isn't a major plot point.

Some would argue that an intact dead Reaper might have had an impact on the whole 'dismissal of claims' thing. And thus impact galactic preparedness somewhat.

So there's that... or it could have indoctrinated anyone who investigated it.

But it's not, it was a mistake that is ignored in canon. In fact you even come across a piece of Sovereign in ME3.

This, you're right Grey Nayr, it;s not about how Sovereign blew up, because in Paragon Lost he doesn't blow up at all! That mistake along leads to other questions like Spambot has listed here.

Ignoring something that disproves your point doesn't make your point any better.

Interesting? So Sovereign's corpse being completely intact, the Citadel being in orbit around a fu**ing planet, and being described as the Alliance's SEAT OF POWER are just minor issues?

What. Did they play Mass Effect 1 or 2 at all?

Why should they since BW themselves (according to Bioware marketing guy, David Silverstein) didn't think people would remember anything that took place in them either?  (sarcasm)

Doesn't Paragon Lost also establish that James knew Liara before Mars?

I know there's a scene where Lil' Jimmy Vega looks in on a vidphone call between Liara and the token Asari in PL... he's like 'Oh, so that's Liara T'Soni...' And he's all excited because Liara rode with The Shepard!

I'm thinking about getting the movie but if I recall from ME 3 Vega said that everyone dies and he was one of the few that survive if so those who watched tell me if at least the asari from the trailer is still alive or if anyone from the squad survives. If people survive I might download it via Xbox live

Actually he doesn't say anything about Liara, the Asari says she rode with Shepard, then Vega asks her to repeat herself basically.

Unfortunately the truth isn't a trolly as your comment.

Must be the rabies talking, I couldn't remember Vega not saying 'Oh, that's Liara' when the Asari told him it was Liara. And when I said Vega was impressed Liara was in Shep's crew, the hate made me forget the Asari told him that before he was impressed. It is evil distortions such as my blatantly false claims that make the peasants grumble about their lot on Master BioWare's estate. Truth is, they never had it so good in their lives before Mass Effect 3 shone the Light into their grubby lives. But my subhumanity leads me to reject this Awesome Truth.

The good thing is there's a video about the very thing you're talking about, and bizzarely, everything that I said happens to be true.

So I guess it must've been "the rabies talking".

Thanks for the link having watched it that was awful.

Also other minor details like Liara mentored someone really? Young, inexperienced and totally socially inept Liara that spent as much time as possible on dig sites? That Liara mentored someone?

Not to mention by this stage Liara is a revenge driven information broker on Ilium and is unlikely to drop everything to chat about archeology. This is after all a woman who felt that hunting the Broker was more important than helping with the Collectors.

You then have the Marine with glasses in an age with massive genetic engineering especially for the military a front line soldier is wearing glasses still I suppose with animation quality that poor you need some way to distinguish characters.:innocent:

It was Interesting, it kept me entertained and showed the story of Vega and his crew. I liked the Asari and Vega in the film. The animation was alittle off but not bad. I really think they can pull off a real Mass Effect movie. I hope they do. :)

I'll have to take your word for it.

Bioware seem to have a phobia about releasing their DVDs in Europe.

Joker wears a hat. Indoors. He doesn't need to block out any light from his eyes, but he wears it anyway, because he wants to.

Femshep is supposed to be some supersoldier, but she's as thin as a rake, and this is justified because of cybernetic and genetic enhancements. Meanwhile Vega worksout every day and is not that much tougher, if at all, rendering that also pointless, but he does it anyway, because he wants to.

Zaeed has scars on his face, but in an age where they can easily be fixed, he chooses to keep them.

Legion has a massive hole in his torso and doesn't want to repair it.

Tali got a different suit in order to make her stand out more. In game.

Yes and a uniform choice is related to the need to wear glasses because?

Vega doesn't have the cybernetic enhancements as they came from Cerberus and working out for amusement is still not related to wearing glasses.

Zaeed has scars on his face, but in an age where they can easily be fixed, he chooses to keep them.

And if they affected his ability to perform his job, like having to wear glasses, do you still think he'd keep them?

Legion has a massive hole in his torso and doesn't want to repair it.

Because you can't see her face and she's alien yes; this is relevant to an animation (not a game) with human characters where you can see the face because?

It's still naff animation for a project of this alleged quality compare to
done by the same company several years ago.

This is just horrific what I'm reading. I knew Paragon Lost would be bad but this many mistakes? After Deception? You have got to be kidding me.

Oh God. I just watched all of the on-youtube scenes. Those were horrible. I mean... just... god awful.
Everything said in this thread about PL being just as bad as Deception?

It's true. Done.

So done.

Fair point on some of those but, for the animation, do we know if Paragon Lost had as much of a budget as GITS?
