I romanced Liara in ME1 and Tali in ME2. I broke up with Liara.
I'm now tempted to try to do a little romancing with Diana simply because I never did that before. However, I don't want to break up with Tali. Reading the wiki article on Diana ( http://masseffect.wi..._Allers#Romance ) it says she doesn't become a committed partner. Does that mean I can safely romance her and still be with Tali?
Possible to romance Diana without breaking up with Tali?

From what I understand you can....Allers wants to keep it under wraps herself....I have had Shep starting out a new romance in ME3 and it didn't effect his romance at all....He banged Allers after he had locked in a romance with Cortez....it didn't effect the Cortez relationship.

I don't think a fling with Allers has any effect on the romances, but I never kept such a game. I wanted to see how it goes once, reloaded that game after and never did it again.

No it doesn't effect anything.
You also don't see anything, at all. Literally just "Let's bang" "okay" - black screen - "kbye". So its completely pointless.

Diana Allers: the one thing I can literally say I completely hate about ME3.
People complain and say: "Why is Vega in the game, where's my Krogan squadmate?!" or "Why did EDI have to be squadmate? Where's my Krogan, damn it?!"
Vega is hilarious. And I thought EDI's reveal as a squadmate was pretty cool.(my opinion of course.) And I use these two least of all. Still, they belong and Allers does not.
Yet, we have this completely useless character in Allers. She takes up a room that was previously occupied by one of the most badass squadmates in the series: Zaeed.....and while every other ME2 character has their own stuff to attend to during the third game, where is he? Oh, just chillin on the docks scaring the hell out of Batarian refugees. That makes SOOO much sense....Not!
I mean, if they wanted to give us a reporter, why not Emily Wong? Hell, instead of Allers I'd rather have Khalisah Bint Sinan al-Jilani....atleast I'd know I could always go to Deck 4 whenever I want to punch something in the face.....that's always fun.
....Thane's old room is also vacant. Maybe we can get one more permanent squaddie before its all said and done. (A former one. Not a new one.) Doubtful though....
