 Mass Effect is about stories and fun, enjoying the game not competition. That what multiplayer is for not really Singleplayer. I personally don't want games to be too difficult than its no fun. I know for me I usually play on Casual-Veteran.

I normally plsy for fun too online and offline. I know I lose alot at times, sometimes I take it seriously. I think the game difficulties are fine, they don't need to make changes, maybe in future games but not now. Mass Effect is a RPG/Shooter not a regular shooter.
