I mean no offense, OP, but something is wrong here.
This is a good quote and it kind of represents one of the most common arguments here: it's co-op, so you need to play with others.
Except it's not that simple. You have both Single and Multiplayer but these differ vastly from each other. To the point where you can no longer say that when someone wants to play by himself, he needs to go for SP.
I like to play alone (6 times Solo Mastery completed). If I wanted to play game mode designed for one player, I would be, by this logic, required to play Shepard and go through story mode.
And I want to play a Krogan. Alone.
So yeah, it says Multiplayer in the main menu. But it's just a word and behind this word there are vast possibilities for both team play and single player play (which classical single player cannot provide).
