Hi,

so i wiped my computer and removed all game content.  After a fresh re-install of windows i have dragon-age origins back up and running fine.  I have checked the box in online settings that says 'download previously purchased content and am logged in to the account i have always used to play the game.  I have all the unlocks from the flash game dragon-age journeys, the stone prisinor, blood dragon armour, and the wardens keep, i also had the lucky stone.  I am very frustarted that i cannot re-download this content as i would like to continue paying the game and beleive i have earned the content available to me.  please help return my content so i can enjoy the game.
