Well ME3 was my GOTY but I'll say that it was pretty close between it and FC3, X-Com, and Dishonored.

I heard the same thing about Skyrim and god was that game dissapointing to me.

Far Cry 3 was really that good? Wow.  I never played any of those games... always thougth of them as B+ titles, not AAA.

Kinda glad ME3 got 2nd. It does deserve a lot of love, especially compared to other games --- but the ending and some other flaws need to be noted by BW/EA. ME3 would have stormed all these awards if not for the endings.
