I didn't have to create an account and I voted. <shrug>

I don't understand why people hate ME3 so much. Most of the people I have talked to loved ME3, saying it was the best of the series. Then they got to the end and suddenly it's the worst game they've ever played?

I fail to see how you can go through a game loving it, only to hate it because of the ending. I agree you can dislike the ending, and I agree the ending can bring down your feeling about the game. But I just cannot see how someone can love 99% of the ME3 experience and trash the game based on the ending.

But whateves. I still love the game. And only what I think matters.. that's what I tell myself when I cry myself to sleep.

I didn't like Dishonored even slightly as much as I thought I was going to. So the choice was easy for me there.

Picking between XCOM and Torchlight II felt like Sophie's Choice though.

I enjoyed Dishonored far, far more than ME 3 so that was an easy choice.

Far Cry 3 vs Walking Dead is just brutal though.

I agree. It's rather silly to think the ending is the only bad part of the ME3. The entire game is full of sh*t from start to finish. It's not just the ending that is wrong with ME3. The prologue, Crucible ass-pull, Derperus Sith Empire, Kai Leng derp, Udina derp and stupid derpy dreams about that little brat are also rather cringe-worthy, to say the least.

Dishonoured was true to it's narrative.

But I'm not bothering to make an account. This stuff means nothing to me anyway. And they didn't take out the big one at VGA's so I'm content with that. Though Walking Dead really did deserve it imo.

4 hours of awesomesauce is better than 24 hours of nonsensical bullcrap. Therefor Dishonored is the better game.

99%of ME3 is great. Your really going to say ME3 is badbecause of 1% of the game?

Dishonored was a good game, but it wasn't as good as Mass Effect 3.

It is shorter and has less developed characters. It is also much more action oriented IMO.

General consensus is that the mass majority of ME3 is well liked. This is the reason ME3 is ahead of Dishonored in votes.

No, I'm saying ME3 is bad because the story and writing in ME3 is bad from start to finish, while the gameplay is nothing spectacular or worth to write home about. The gameplay is fine though, ME3 is a decent Gears of War clone, but nothing amazing and the story just plain sucks, not just the last 1%, but the entire thing from start to finish.

Dishonored delivers us an unique visual style, with unique gameplay in an unique setting. The story is mediocre, but not as terrible and crappy as the ME3 story. Dishonored is by far the better game in my opinion.

So in short, you don't like th estory...That does not mean it's bad... Theirs a reason why ME3 is out voteing Dishonored.
And please don't start with an issue of uniqueness. It'sjust Bioshock with sword and a worser plot.

The general consensus is that Call of Duty is a good and well-recieved game. It's miles ahead of ME3 in terms of popularity. Does that make a Call of Duty game (just pick a random CoD sequel, all of them are more popular than ME3) a better game than Mass Effect 3?

There are many reasons why ME3 is ahead of Dishonored in the voting poll, but none of the reasons has anything to do with the quality of the games.

- Mass Effect 3 is a sequel, Dishonored is a completely new franchize.
- Mass Effect 3 appeals to the masses, Dishonored is a more unique niche game.
- Mass Effect 3 had tons of advertisement, Dishonored had very little advertisement.
- Mass Effect 3 follows a popular theme (sci-fi), while Dishonored follows a more unique underground theme (steampunk).
- Mass Effect 3 is an RPG, a popular genre, Dishonored is an action-adventure stealth game, a less popular genre.

These are all examples why ME3 is more popular than Dishonored. That doesn't make it a better game though. ME3 really sucks in a lot of ways in my opinion, while I really enjoyed the unique style, setting and gameplay of Dishonored.

The ME3 story is an inconsistent mess full with plotholes, retcons and cliche writing. Yes, that means it's bad.

Theirs a reason why ME3 is out voteing Dishonored.

There are multiple reasons, all listed by me above in this post. None of them have anything to do with the quality of the story.

Except it isn't just Bioshock with swords. Based on your ignorance I take it that you haven't even played the game.

And even if it was just Bioshock with swords, it would still be a more unique game with a more unique setting than Mass Effect 3, which is just a weak Gears of War knock-off with pop-a-mole shooting mechanics and a ******-poor inconsistent story.

Nah, with sports I'm no different than with video-games, I wear the colors of the team that is the best or deserves the support the most.
