I have played Turians almost exclusively for the past 9 months (Soldier, Sentinel, Havoc, and Ghost) and I have never, ever heard one say this.

Unelss the new Saboteur (which I haven't unlocked yet) says it, I think you're hearing things.

Quarians say: "For Rannoch!" Or at least, any Quarian I used has said so. The males seem to have their own agenda.

Krogan shout: "FOR TUCHANKA!!!"

No idea if Turians do or not.

Humans don't seem to, but the only humans I use now are N7's.

I've heard my Batarians shout out: "For Khar'Shan!" I think.

Some races do, others are there for the killings.

Krogan, Asari, Volus, and Quarians all show some patriotism. I've always wondered why species like Humans, Salarians, Vorcha, and Batarians never said something about their respective homelands. Also, I think I've heard Turians say "for Palaven!" I could be mistaken, though.

Turians don't mention Palaven in their banter, just checked. They sometimes yell "Armiger" though.

People aren't hearing "For Banana". They're hearing Bonana.

Because with the Female Quarian's accented voice, people are hearing "Bo" instead of "For".

And "Nana" instead of "Rannoch".

People aren't hearing "For Banana". They're hearing Bonana.

Because with the Female Quarian's accented voice, people are hearing "Bo" instead of "For".

And "Nana" instead of "Rannoch".

It's also due to the fact that she says it extremely fast, which combined with the accent really warps it. Male Quarians have the same accent but it's understood a lot better because they don't say it as fast.

They all say something other than human, Vorcha or Geth. Volus say for Irune, Turian Palavan etc.
