 upon slaying the last of their enemies, they sometimes mutter "for Thessia!" (alright maybe a bit louder than mutter)  Seems like they are the only ones that do so. no "for Palaven" or "for Sur'Kesh's sake" or "for our home Rannoch" or "this is for the people who died on Earth" is heard. Wonder why? Because Thessia is taken by the reaper (or they almost do)? 

Well, this is more of a question to Bioware than one that concerns race. It would sure be much better if these lines are added to the various characters. Just imagine: the squad annihilated every single ones of the invaders, perhaps with casualty accompanied. and the every ones of them, from different planets of different species, call out their beloved home's name. Earth, Palaven, Thessia, Sur'kesh, Tuchanka, Rannoch, Kahje, Dekuuna, Khar'shan, Irune are not yours to take!

BTW it is true that I don't have any krogan:mellow: I got explanation for missing Tuchanka in a comment.

Well I deliberately missed Tuchanka which is one of the most famous homeworlds, because I'm already satisfied that those guys from there don't yell "my shotgun's good, mwahahahahahahahah"

The quarians do say "For Rannoch." I know the Volus and Krogan kits have similar exclamations. Turians don't, ditto Batarians. It makes sense that the Drell don't - Kahje is not their homeworld. Rakhana is and has been reduced to a wasteland already.

as to why - dunno - maybe they realize how irritating it would be hearing all the different "for <insert homeworld here>" over and over. I might just shoot my squaddies.

I have heard the volus say "For Irune". The only ones that doesn't mention his homeland are humans and turians.

yeah that's why I didn't mention Rakhana. I don't even know if there're still drell, or reapers there.
