does this mean my UNECESSARY AND UNJUSTIFIED REDEEM PURCHASE CODE FOR A GAME I HAVE REGISTERED AND A LEGIT SERIAL NO PROBLEM will disappear? pls say this is so and i say 'yaaaayyy' HONESTLY David, as per the pm i sent you i thought the idea of maintenance issues for servers is to correct the data that it recieves from us the users so that honestly? it NEVER HAPPENS AGAIN to those like me who are honest players and p-lay the game iwth a legit fully registered copy this is the SECOND TIME in 4 months i had the CANNOT PURCHASE ERROR i cannot do mplyer and i cannot do splayer so my feedbacxk to all you at bioware who manage this server is pls address the core issues i need feedback about this i reasonably demand it as a third of the bioware community who are fed up with errors that come up that stop honest pple with legit copies from using the game. pls explain to us how tyou will address the issue otherwise what the point of maintaining servers when nothing improves and changes for the better and these unecessary errors linger?

ok i asked about this on that stupid ass answers hq page 24 hours ago and didnt get a single response so im gonna post here as well
every time i start ME3 i get an error
"Registration of the trophy information could not be completed. This game will quit. (80010038)."
this is the only game it is happening with. started up Bioshock 2, Resident Evil 6, Black Ops 2, and ME1 without any problems
ive deleted all DLC, all patches, all save files, restored default settings (safe), restored file system (safe), and rebuilt database (safe)
i also get this error code when trying to sync trophies with server
i emailed sony customer support and still havent gotten a reply

forgot to mention that the game was workin fine yesterday. turned system off for a few hours then when i got back on to play i started getting the error

support finally got back to me and i was able to get the game going. then i reinstalled all multiplayer DLC, started the game, and once again got the error. quit the game, signed out of PSN, and the game started up fine. it was a little slow but it seems to be workin
this is the same thing that happened the first time. the first time i got the error i signed out of PSN and started the game up and it worked fine. after i had the system off for a few hours, i would get the error no matter what i did
