Anyway, I thought he'd been on holiday since late November? He even tweeted at one point that he was "out of the loop".

When Casey asked if fans wanted a prequel for the next Mass Effect, I got the impression that a prequel is inevitable no matter how many fans say no to it. Its just the easy thing to do. Unfortunate because I think there is so much potential for post Earth DLC.

True, but didn't he also say that the ending wasn't ambiguous because after destroy it could be Shepards Dying Breathe or a sign of life?
