I think she'd be the good basis for a rogue marketing character. I can just imagine a character with her likeness looking really bad-ass while brandishing twin blades on the cover of Dragon Age 3!!!!

This game is going to cover multiple Thedas countries so dont just throw a dirty, smelling like dog, Ferelden on the cover.

I hope they use face model for some characters again. DA characters are usually looked not as realistic as the characters from ME series.

I'm going to a do runner-up. Lily Cole. Okay she has acted before and she's fairly recognizable, especially if you've been to The Body Shop recently.

Let's suppose for a moment that the protagonist is native to Orlais. I think Ms. Cole has something Orlesian
to her! I'll let you judge for yourselves.

I don't like Lily's facial structure. Nothing against her per se, but I just don't imagine her as a female lead. I always imagine the female lead as someone with sharper eyes. I'm still trying to find an example of what I'm talking about though.

I know you say no actress, but I really like Ali Larter's look. Her face could easily be translated into the game, and she has a present to her look. She looks very intimidating.

Ali Larter has a great look for a female warrior! I sometimes use actors/ actresses or models as the basis for customizing characters in games. I recently based a DA2 rogue on Aiden Gillen (Petyr Baelish in Game of Thrones; he also recently appeared in The Dark Knight Rises).

Ms. Larter gets a pass since she isn't super well-known. I said no actors/ actresses mostly in the interest of avoiding pictures of people who are famous on the level of Tom Cruise, Bruce Willis, Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, Megan Fox, etc.

Would you view it a bad thing if, for once, BW released an RPG where main male/female protagonist wouldn't fall well within boundaries of western world norm of OMG SO HAWT? Would this be a bad and unfortunate thing by default? Does male PC always have to be some Calvin Klein model and his female counterpart  some super model acress chick? Do they always have to be handsome,beautiful,sexy and in  their early 30s(if male) or early to mid 20s(if female)

Is it very important character is handsome, young ands fashionably beautiful? Is it by feault less interesting and less fun to play a character who is old, ugly, rugged, scarred* or any combination of these?

*As in Hound from SoIaF"-scarred, not  "clean sexy anime boy hero line across the eye - scarred"
