Would you view it a bad thing if, for once, BW released an RPG where main male/female protagonist wouldn't fall well within boundaries of western world norm of OMG SO HAWT? Why all of the platemail wearing cosplayers, the best women characters in the DA series (flemeth, Morrigan, Leliana) never wore a spec of heavy armor.  Why the omg that doesnt cover every inch of her body it must be fanservice.

Did morrigan wear a burka?
Did flemeth for that matter?

Cosplayers?  Until my third post (of people the OP might like) everyone I posted was a reenactor.

I'd be very happy if they got Jeremy Irons to do some voice work for the game. That man has a great voice. 

Also, why no elves? Hugo Weaving was simply smashing in The Hobbit.

I second this. I don't want the (default) Inquisitor to be a young pretty boy. I'd rather he be rugged and perhaps grizzled.

As for the female inquisitor, it's the same deal really. I'd rather she look 'tough' than 'pretty', although the two aren't mutally exclusive of course.

Oh I really like these. I'm tired of the grizzled and bearded manly man PC. If I saw a promo PC like one of these guys, it would give me hope that DA3's CC will actually allow for a non-ultra macho manly man.

Thanks : ) I just like good looking male protagonists. Sure they're pretty-boy but not Final Fantasy/jrpg level-types, but more realistic. 

I do agree with Teyrn that Jonathan Rhys Meyers would make an excellent default protagonist in that he's very good looking but not stereotypical either. The other men pictured (William Levy, Prince Royce, Kellan Lutz and Chris Evans) each are attractive but don't fit the mold of the bald/shaved head 'guy on the cover box' type of guy. William Levy does look like a fantasy prince (played one I believe), Prince Royce would definitely add to more diversity with his features (caramel skin, dark hair and eyes), Kellan is an attractive blond (son of Cullen? Lol) and Chris Evans is, well, Chris Evans.
