I imagine the packs would be seasonal? If not than why even keep a SP/PSP?? They become redundant... JEP for equips. Card pack or weappn pack...

Thank for you the new packs. I played this game almost every day until Borderlands 2 came out and then I just played the operations. 50+ SP and PSP later, I still don't have half the character kits/classes. I look forward to buying a lot of Reserves Packs and rounding out my roster.

For the people gunning (heh heh) for ultra-rare weapons, does the Arsenal pack present a better opportunity than the PSP?

Edit: For clarification, the PSP states "higher chance for ultra-rares" and Arsenal has "higher chance for weapons". Is the UR drop rate still the same, better or worse?
