While I dislike the damage Nerf, the cooldown fix will likey make it viable.

You are obviously uncapable of holding down the shoot button for a short moment before firing. Its easy to use if you practice for say - 30 seconds.
Its better now for casters since it has had its damage returned to normal. And no more annoying delay between firing a shot and reloading/switching weapons.

The Acolyte reversion also makes me sad as I hate charge weapons. I can deal with having to lead targets or having to account for drop, but I want the gun to fire when I press the mouse button. Time to reacclimate I suppose.

Not happy about YET ANOTHER Sabotage NERF, but a trade off from damage to cooldown does make it more viable for the new kits with the power, but this chage DOES HURT the QFI. I guess too many people were using her. Poor sabotage, I think at this point its time to toss it out and replace it with something else since BW doesn't seem to know what to do with it.
The new paks should be interesting though.

Quite opposite actually...
You can lob an acolyte and a cyro blast simultaneously now. Or an acolyte and singularity... On the fury you can fire it while running into AF/Throw combo without stopping like a '****** to fire it... Or charge it then cloak and stay cloaked, fire it and stay cloaked - shadow strike 1-2 plat phantom w/ ease.... Charge it then biotic charge to autoshoot for a 1-2 punch. Fire and quick switch to primary weapon... higher rof etc... It went back to the absolutely amazing gun it was and not the pos it was nerfed to.

How many times has Sabotage being nerfed? Does it need to be now, when we have even more OP things? Why does Inferno Grenade gets buffs when it can kill entire Gold spawns with just 2 or 3 nades used?

Sadly squishies don't have the damage reduction and thousands of health/barriers that Krogods have and can't afford to stand in the open to charge it. The only classes it is better for with a charge are vanguards and infiltrators. It sucks for squishy casters.
Sadly Bioware forgot they made the gun to help biotics, for whom the gun is now worthless.

Let's go through a list of nerfs and buffs, why don't we?
Nerf: 8 sec. base cooldown increased to -> 10 sec.
Nerf: 2 hacked targets decreased to -> 1 target
Nerf: +100% Berserk damage decreased to -> 50%
Nerf: 2 sec. base hack duration decreased to -> 10 seconds
Nerf: 2 sec. delay for enemies attacking hacked targets increased to -> 10 seconds
Nerf: 100% Tech Vulnerability decreased to -> 50%
Nerf: Tech Vulnerability stacking removed
Buff: 30% Backfire damage bonus increased to -> 60%
Buff: 2 sec. Backfire delay decreased to -> 1.5 sec.
Buff: 150 base Backfire damage incraesed to -> 250
