It's obvious endings were rushed. Second fiscal quarter is the end of March, EA needed earnings.

Actually end of fiscal year in this case. EA shelled out a lot of $$$$ for SWTOR development and marketing in 2011. So they really wanted a hit to offset that. Otherwise the management was going to look bad.

Exactly right. They knew ME3 needed more time but pulled it onto March and released it regardless.

but still a damn shame. at least it wasn't as bad as the 'ending' of KOTOR 2. close, but not as bad.Twinzam.V wrote...

Typical company management manouvers. Nothing new.

Mark Meer may know something we don't regarding the original ME3 endings... IT? But to me it basically confirms that the endings were rushed. He says that he knew details that weren't layed out properly.

At least they released a mod to restore the KOTOR 2 content. With ME3 being nearly unmoddable the chances to see an actual new ending for ME3 are incredibly slim.
Still, I thought the KOTOR 2 ending was far superior to ME3. KOTOR 2 simply didn't have a proper ending. ME3's ending was an abomination:whistle:
