Not much from what I gather, but here is what we do know:
1. Weeks says that he wanted more Harbinger as well but he couldn't say anything about it.
2. We see a Retaliation trailer with Harbinger in it and they add in Harbinger's posession mechanic in Multiplayer. though without his voice and taunts which is understandable as that would quickly become annoying over and over.
3. Bioware tells us that they know Harbinger is what we wanted to see, but they HAD other plans. We shouldn't get too attached to a plot. This says nothing of what they INTEND to do.
In short, questions have been asked about the Collectors and Walters says that he doesn't know if we'll see them again. But questions have been asked about Harbinger but we haven't gotten a clear response. They never flat out said NO we wont include him again.
To sum up, I don't know what the hell is going on but I guess I'll know by the end of the DLC cycle what is happening.
