 It was 1-2 days ago I was in a Glacier Gold I believe. After waiting about 7 mins for a specific player to finally sort their loadout we eventually started. 
At some point in the game I walked up to a banshee rather nonchalantly and got sync-killed (duh)

And upon looking at the member who took the longest I saw their appearance to be as such:



I then proceeded to whip out my FQE after the game and try all manner of combinations completely unable to recreate the sheer awesomeness of this... 

Now is this even possible or is shady business going on here? If anyone knows I would be extremely appreciative. Thanks
