I realize it's only one promotion, but this challenge banner is driving me insane and the fewer I have to do the better. I am missing one promotion from my challenge tracking. I asked my question on the poorly-named Answer HQ site but my question was never answered. Not even scorned or mocked, quite disappointing.

Somewhere at the end of completing the second part of N7 mastery, one promotion got lost, and I was left with the second part showing completed but stuck at 11/12. Since then I have promoted some more, and now the totals seem to be progressing ok but one less than the actual total. I've done 31 by my count, yet it's showing only 30.

I can supply math as required, though I suspect the servers know the truth - pre-Retaliation rank 720 with level 20 chars + 31 promotions + current ranks = current N7 of 1603, which is the number showing on the N7HQ and in-game. But only 30 on the promotions tracking for that banner.

Who should I call for assistance?
