Any story related DLC that does not change che choices or invalidate the current endings, I will buy.
I would prefer they spent their limited time and resources devoted to DLC prior to full production of the next game in other areas outside of the ending and even if had time and resources to do ending DLC plus any non-ending DLC I want, I would still be against altering the balance of current endings.
This. Endings are great as they are now.masleslie wrote...

Wow. I fully agree! I'm just amazed anyone else on BSN said don't change the endings.

but don't you know? adding context changes the ending according to Tuly....so Bioware will not do itDarth_Trethon wrote...
Let's make this perfectly clear: the ending as it stands with the EC is merely mediocre....I cannot possibly understate the absolute importance of a brilliantly done LI and party reunion after the breath scene.
Now IT is a great theory and all but it simply scraps the present ending which would mean a new ending would be needed and there's a million ways to screw that one up. The EC is a solid base but not complete and not good enough by itself. I simply can't believe they thought the EC would be enough of an ending by itself.

They will if the demand is there.....which it certainly is. They spennt the entire time from the moment ME1 was released until ME2 was released making perfectly clear cut and and deffinitive statements that Tali was never intended to be a love interest and that they would never do it. The bottom line is this: they need all the goodwill they can get to try and repair their relationship with the fans after the pre-release blatant lies and the disaster that the original ending was and the reality is that most players that care about the story and characters would certainly welcome a reunion with the party and LI.

Plenty of time has passed for them to hopefully have gotten over their hurt behinds and to fully comprehend where it all went wrong....if they don't they'll be the ones who will suffer in the end because what happened with ME3 was not something desirable for anyone involved(players and devs alike) and one of the major strengths of BioWare was its reputation.....a reputation that has been severely damaged if not destroyed not just by the ending scandal but by the pre-release blatant lies as well....not to mention undelivered preorder bonuses(AT-12 not available for consoles) and the day one DLC mess and so on.
Their future may as well be riding on their ability to repair the relationship with the fans though I suppose we'll find out after all the ME3 DLC is out and done and ME4 is put up for sale.

The recent DLC has been meh. So I thought I'd ask:
What DLC would you still be willing to pay for?
An "Ending Theory" DLC?
Hub world?
More general story content? Post or pre-ending?
Something else?

according to the latest GI interview
1: everyone at Bioware played through the ending before the game shipped and NO ONE thought it would be received badly
2: They are happy with it after the EC

Sounds legit....
Nah I'm kidding.....sounds as believable as a sleigh pulled by raindeer carying and delivering billions of gifts in one night. Who are they kidding....any idiot could tell that ending would be a failure. Hell just replay their pre-release interviews and everything they said the ending would not be is exactly what it was....that means they knew EXACTLY how bad the ending sucked and were already in damage control mode before the game released....we all know how well that turned out.
In all seriousness....that's business talk...admitting to mistakes is bad for EA's stock shares because the investors who would never touch a game with a ten foot pole need to reasured that everything is ok and under control. Ultimately it'll be the sales numbers of their future games that will speak louder than any BS they can throw at the media.
