At this point, what kind of new DLC would you pay for?

BioWare knows what a lot of us would like to see in the last DLC, they just refuse to do it. A real reunion, not Liara apparently gaining use of the Force and sensing Shepard or whatever the hell that was about.

- My money stands ready to buy all the other SP DLC. All BioWare has to do is give me that one, simple thing.

This, exactly. I haven't bought any of the other DLC, because it doesn't change a bloody thing.

Krogan squaddie DLC (male or female (recruitable after Tuchanka mission), bonus if he/she is romanceable (they can retexture that naked krogan statue model)

Romance DLC with longer romance scene for Garrus (take his shirt off) and Tali and male alien LIs for FemShep and MShep and non-asari/quarian female alien LIs for FemShep/MShep

And that means???

From day one it should have been perfectly clear that most if not all reviews were in some way or another pulled by EA. When just about every review and media source gives near perfect scores and defends the game and in some cases insulted the fans while nearly all players that provided any feedback said it was horrible it should have been clear what was happening. It was damage control directed and orchestrated by EA and it became perfectly clear how trustworthy reviews are.

Not to mention that surely giving IGN's Jessica Chobot a character in the game that just so happened to also be a reporter and a character intended to be on the player's ship the whole game should have been a clear tell-tale sign.

Priority Earth/ War Assets DLC - Show us our army in action; allow it to influence the ending; remove Catalyst and his retarded reason for the cycles; reinstate Harbinger as the big bad.

Ending DLC - Succesful Refuse (favorite) / Reaper ONLY Destroy (acceptable)

Reunion DLC - No slides, an actual animated cenimatic; remove the "And that's the tale of the Shepard" Grandpa.

I would buy all of those in a heartbeat.

Just a small caveat to my list here. I would like to see a DLC, maybe even the Citidel/Conduit DLC everyone is talking about, were Shepard goes through the Citidel relay to its pair in Dark Space. Would like to see what kind of operations the Reapers have going on there, and I would hopefully be able to remotely shut down the little glow boy from the Reaper base, 'home world', whatever you want to call it.

Bassically, if Bioware could fix the endings to how I listed above, I would be more than happy to purchase all the current and upcoming SP DLC. Until then however, they aren't going to be seeing any purchases from me.

they were saying that it could not be possible, what I was saying is that I am not refuting what Spam and Nykara are saying just that that is how the article portrays the situation

To be honest the only thing I really want to see is a what if situation with both Ash and Kaiden were both alive and see how they would interact with each other I liked their relationship in first one but that's never going to happen sadly.

Failing that I wouldn't mind playing a dlc that was the Blasto movie in its entirety.

You missunderstood....I'm pretty sure they menat it wasn't possible BioWare was being honest and that was more or less my point as well. What the reviews and articles are is little more than noise to me.....it's all about damage control and sales and the fluctuation of stock share prices and so on. Every official word is carefully  measured and calculated and reviewed ten times before it is spoken.....truth or honesty has little to do with any of it, it's just business.

None ME3 is dead to me unless they do something different to the ending. Both the original and EC endings are horrible yuck!!!!!

Implement the indoctrination theory and we'll talk

I thought it was interesting the way they approached the Leviathan DLC with Leviathan controlling Shepard's perception of reality at will and making him/her see environments and people that were not actually there. I mean after the whole ending mess and the IT being largely at the heart of the whole scandal I don't quite understand why they'd do something like that....I hope they understand that was the equivalent of pouring gasoline over a burning fire.

''The assassination of the Catalyst by the hero Commander Shepard''.

Or another titlled ''OK, our ending sucked'' which revamps everything from the arrival on Earth onwards and at least tries to show off our war assets and make some sense.

Pinnacle station type DLC.

You've got to be kidding me...

There are some plots that have been mentioned once but never been outlined. Why does TIM attempt a coup d'etat? Who built the crucible? I can live with StarBrat being an unfortunate AI experiment, but the use of the crucible still makes no sense whatsoever. I'd also like some DLC that redoes the final mission in a way that your war assets matter, pretty much like the Suicide Mission.

A DLC that gives me war assets at the end of the game to help beat the reapers. But it has to take place in the middle of the game.

A "We admit we screwed up, here, we fixed it for you" DLC

That's about it.

I know this has been said before but move on with your life already.

The question was what kind of dlc would you pay for.  That is the answer.  Deal with it.  I have moved on, I'm playing Skyrim and purchasing Skyrim DLC.

I love ME1, 2 and I'd like to enjoy all of ME 3.  Haven't played it since I finished enough games to know there is no reason to play it again.  This DLC would give me and a lot of others a reason to play it many more times and purchase the rest of the single player DLC.   I have Shepards who would die and that's fine, but the ones who don't die should give me a reason to see the other endings and they don't, so if someone ask what dlc I would purchase, I will state it again and again.

Reunion DLC, or SP DLC involving the use of current squadmates/old squadmates. I don't want to run off and do a solo mission again to go rescue some random person or kill some random person and for silly reasons not be able to take anyone along.

ME2 suicide mission at priority earth were Shep put squatmates on key places to win the war
Reunion with LI and crew
Me2 squatmates can be recruited (Jack or Miranda) since you already kill Thane
Romance pack
Remove the star child to hell and gave us a boss fight with Harbiger a la ME1 with the TIM (or something better)
More main story focus; not like Omega went Aria returned to the Citadel with some crapy excuse, went she said she could stand more time there...
Upgrades to the Normandy of Prothean Tech that gave more fire power...

So the team goes back to Virmire, checking to see if there are any records about dark energy and find the person who was left behind along with the selarians who were fighting with them in the tower, because you watch the bomb go off but you don't see the tower, and discover if they really understood why you picked the other person instead of them.:)

Ending fix. War assets in action, thematically consistent credible plot, no star kid, Harbinger showdown, choices mattering, the works.

Then

Maybe a prologue, so mince beefcake doesn't come off as such a presumptuous tool.
Autodialogue removal patch.
Dream sequence removal patch
More dialogue choice (neutral option, anyone?) patch
Interesting squadmate patch (seriously, it felt like a chore talking to all those goddamn humans)
gun holster patch

The recent DLC has been meh. So I thought I'd ask:

What DLC would you still be willing to pay for?

An "Ending Theory" DLC?

Hub world?

More general story content? Post or pre-ending?

Something else?

I haven't bought any yet and I wont till they fix the damn ending or add an ending DLC to fix it! Nope I didn't just say I was going to hold my wallet and not follow through with it. I actually followed through! I canceled my SWTOR account and kept it canceled I never went back, I haven't bought a single DLC for Mass Effect.
I did buy Jade Empire and Dragon Age Origins at 75% off lol doubt they got much profit from that :o those games have had good reviews I figured them worthy of trying them. The rest? Meh I don't care any more. Biowares early RPGs where the best, after that when EA took over the ball has been dropped big time.

JE and DAO are both good games.  I also enjoyed DA2  I did cancel SWTOR but it was because I play single player and while I enjoyed it at a lower level, it was just too much trouble to reach higher levels without playing with others.

I also won't pick up any of the ME3 DLC until something is done with the survive ending, and if this is done, I'll pick up all the other single player dlc they make.

I won't be pre-ordering future games, but if a future game is good, I will pick it up as soon as someone I trust - NOT a reviewer - tells me it's good all the way through the endings. :)
