I just finished my main playthrough on PS3 with all side quests done and my key decisions ending at Level 50. If I were to do a 2nd playthough to hit level 60 will the end game files be seperated for import to ME 2?
I know on ME 2if you do NEW GAME + it will create a seperate file but I am not so sure about the first one. If it doesn't do this then will my choices and missions be over ridden by the choices of the 2nd playthrough when I do import it to ME 2?
Is it even worth going to Level 60 before the import to #2, are the perks that much different different from coming in at Level 50 with almost 3 million credits?

You can pick which to import. Bonus perks for ME2 not much of a difference.

Not much of a difference for money and starting ME2 from level 3 instead of level 5 isn't a huge deal. I'd say it's more the extra resources you get importing a level 60 vs a 5-59, though if the resource mining minigame doesn't bother you much even that's not a big thing.
