Tip for pack collecting and UR chance

 I noticed from PUGs and on the forums that understanding of this "new packs" thinking thsi would gather their UR faster so on

it won't

basics they are enhanced focused PSP

the way that higher version rarity works in each pack type is a intresting detail

THink about each slot as a "seprate roll" with roll rules

slot 1-2-3-4-5
in recruit packs first two slots are a +1 Dpad item if they are maxed 255 it rolls off the same charter as slot 3 and 4 and 5 is a for sure chance of something like a char or gun and on a OFF chance it rolls on slot 5 a check for a "silver" this is the intresting part

lets move to Spec Pack

slot 1-2-3-4-5
in this pack slot 1 is a dedicated +5 to a dpad but slots 2-3 have equipment drop chance (and a off chance character EXP card) 4 has a chance to drop unqiue articles like "mods" "capacity increase" so on now I maxed out silvers but I think normal-silver grade weapons & chars can also drop in any slot of 2-4 as well slot 5 is a dedicated special slot that rolls off the "gold" grade and CHECKS for a chance of Ultra Rare, upon a check of UR if it chooses rare it picks out from rare charter percentile, while the UR is based off a alternate charter in itself, this in hancds means that the chances in the two packs will not effect UR chance but isntead effect chance given via if you eitehr get weapon or character, and it seems to still keep IV articles the same "chance".... much to my annoyance...
