I am not sure where to put this, but I have been having trouble connecting to the answer HQ. Everytime I try logging in it says "this service is temporarily unavailable." Is anyone else having this problem or am I missing something here?

Hmm, that's odd. I just tried it myself and I can get to the Mass Effect 3 section without any apparent problems.
I'm not sure what to suggest, I'm afraid. Hopefully someone with a better knowledge of these matters will be around shortly :-)

I just tried to log into the ME3 section as well and it did not work. It still says the service is unavailable.

Oooh, wait, you're talking about 'logging in' - I didn't try that before. I just did now and it's still working for me.
Maybe it's a regional thing? Can Origin be working in some parts of the world and be down in others? I'm suggesting Origin since the website itself is obviously up, and you seem to use Origin to log in. But that's just a wild guess...
Where do you get the error message? Before or after trying to log in via Origin?

Logging into Origin works just fine, it is just the Answer HQ that is acting up.
