Hello --
I am experiencing no end of frustration with the forums. I installed Dragon Age: Origins on my notebook and I can't get it to run. I was going to post system specs and ask for help in the PC Support topic, but the damned thing is telling me I'm not authorized to post in that forum. What the hell??! I am a registered owner of Dragon Age: Origins UE for Xbox 360 AND PC, as well as DA2 and ALL THREE ME Games. If I'm not qualified to ask a question in the forums, I'm not quite sure who should be... I'm even a content developer. Could someone take a look and see if they can figure out what the heck is wrong?

BTW - In case anyone can assist, my notebook is an Intel CORE I3 with 4Gb RAM, Win7Ult SP1
Intel HD Graphics with 1.7Gb VRAM and DX11
The error I'm getting is "The game cannot launch due to a misconfiguration. Please reinstall your game and try again."
I have installed clean, installed all of the official DLC and patched to version 1.05. I also have the CC and the toolkit installed. The game has given me this error right from the first. It has NEVER run on this machine.
Looking for Assistance

The Social Forums site was downgraded a couple of months ago. All of the unofficial Tech Forums are all closed for all of the games, and only EA's "Answers HQ" is now open for your question (on a Self-help basis).

The OFFICIAL support has ALWAYS been handled on the EA Help site, in the Help Center. This forum is strictly for the SITE's problems, and you do not have one. Two Bioware people, Jeff and Jesse, occasionally visit here. It's not at all often, and not EVER on weekends.

AFAIK, no one who visits this forum speaks or understands any languages using cyrillic alphabets, sorry. Try the Official Support instead to find out if they can assist you.
