Probably not, but it's a shame with that crap ending. Hope for some DLC or datadisk will change that.

How can he, you would have to make Destroy canon and have Shepard come out the rubble. Which wouldn't bother me because it was my choice, but it would ****** a lot of people off.

Personally I hope Shepard's story is over.

I hope Shepard's story is not over. (not talking about ME3 dlc)

But I'm not putting much support behind that hope.

Personally, although I don't want it to end, I feel if they make another game with Shepard, EA will want another trilogy with Shepard. Then that would be dragging it on some.

It's just so hard to imagine Mass Effect without Shepard.

It's like playing Halo without Master Chief.

And that's why Halo Reach sucked. Without Shepard, I'd put my money on Mass Effect 4 sucking as well. 

But no, Shepard probably won't be back.

There´s your answer,forget artistic integrity,only the money rules!

Lara croft chris redfield agent 47 mario sonic dracula simon belmont characters of final fantasy and tales of and their spinoffs guybrush treephood..could extend very long the list..

Forget the annoying we dont take back shepard and it´s not in the works a shepard kinda char.Shepard will back or we have some shepard style char.

Woah there, speak for yourself. As far as prequels go I thought Reach as a smashing success. 

Far from a masterpiece, but they pulled off a story where you knew the only result would be defeat. The characters were never going to be a replacement for the Cheif and Cortana, hence why Noble Six was just your regular silent protagonist and everyone else died.
