Can I Have [Tooltip On Map Hover] Back, Bioware?

A fairly insignificant thing. But I loved that in Origins if I'm in some place and I see an "X" or a quest marker on the map, I can hover my mouse over it and see what it is. You can't do this in DA ][, you have to actually open up the map screen.

I'd love this back.
