As i opened origin a couple minutes ago it asked me if i would recommend origin to frinds. choose on a scale from 1-10.

If I would recomend origin to friends I wouldn´t have any friends anymore EA. So no, I wouldn´t recomend it at all the worst piece of code if have ever seen.

I wouldn´t recommend origin not even to my worst enemys. No human being deserves something like that.

I added a pool. just like to look at n1 statistics :P

1-10?

I also had the option to choose 0.

And I did.

Very few people are veterans or survivors of that horror.

I can only imagine how traumatizing your experience was. I am sorry for your loss.

People who don't like steam use Origin. They usually smell like sweaty leather.

Sweaty Leather.

My band name.

Oh God.  Warhammer 40K, trying to get GWL working just so I could play the bloody single player. Took hours.  Compared to that Origin works like a dream.

Would I recommend it to friends? It barely shows when my friends are actually online half the time.

It really was.

Very little of it actually worked for me.

Doesn't count. That atrocity is in it's own tier, with a special place in hell reserved for it right next to people who torture small animals.

Of course origin gets a ZERO because you can´t even use stuff that is FREE OFFLINE.

That said.

I tried playing RE:ORC with it. Tried being the operative word.

Well all I've had to use it for was to link my xbox thing to this thing, and that experience wasn't too tantalizing.

Made the game run like crap though.

Got this a while back aswell.
I like screenshot capabilities and this thing lacks them.
Also Origins not that compatible with steam and my mouses drivers making my scroll wheel not work and Fraps saves the images as BMPs that are like 3mb and I dun wanna buy the full version.
Then there's the new UI for origin in game that actually slows down fps by a noticeable margin.
Frequent crashing, forcing us to use this service for ME3 and other games by EA... I don't like being forced to do anything.

0 Just out of hate and spite from me aswell.
They should have asked some more constructive feedback.
But right now. Am not happy with Origin... also the prices in the store are still too damn high.

I recommended Origin to someone once; I wanted them to get ME3 to play it with me, so I convinced them to get the trilogy. The client bugged to not recognize their account so they couldn't do anything with that account, even though logging into another account from the same comp made everything work. The first few tech support people we talked to said they understood the problem...and proceeded to just change the e-mail address and walk away.

Communications with tech support often glitched or just shut down, meaning we had to restart the same process...many times. It took over 8 hours on the phone/on hold/waiting for a manger over 3 days.

I felt really, really, really bad and will never recommend Origin again.

It's ironic, I had this survey after almost 1 hour of disconnects, in lobby, in game, the full program.
After restarting I was asked "if i would recommend origin to friends".
Guess what I answered.

At least they asked when you opened Origin, not steam or anything else. They can be on topic.

I never had any bad problem with origin.

Of course no. I'd recommend games, not platforms.

But this brings an issue of both origin and say steam. Finding random friends when games don't support it from within like ME. If origin had better community system for any game for this purpose - I would recommend it.
