we went from a Commendation Pack + Victory pack for both goals, to only one goal and one commendation pack per goal, to one commendation pack for both goals...

Halloween challenge had 3 goals and only gave you a banner.

Also the commendation pack + victory pack were bi-weekly. With the exception of our holiday break there has been a challenge every week

To be fair, that Halloween one was pretty sweet. Still my favorite banner, don't care if it's considered a noob banner.

In English, 'once on each' means once on A, once on B, once on C, until you run out.

So three extractions; one Rio, one London, one Vancouver.

Challenge Goal 1: Extract once on each Earth map (London, Vancouver, and Rio).

Each. As in all of them. So three extractions required, one on each map.

Also, cool challenge biower. Why no double commendation pack!?

Completion of both goals awards the player a Commendation Pack.

I was responding mostly to his "demanding" statement. But still mostly true. most of play this multiplayer to try out the diff races and role play that we are saving the galaxy.

Most of us would not be playing multiplayer at all if we didn't love the single player. This game's multiplayer couldn't stand on its own like halo and cod. That's the point I was going for.
