Hey, I know this has been asked, and that help page is about useless. I did the challenge, got the pretty banner and no commendation pack. who do I need to talk to, or msg on here to see what can be done about it? This is the 1st time in a while I didn't get a pack, it would just be nice to get my promotionals leveled up. This is beginning to feel like when the game 1st came out.
