The page says to input the UPC # from the back of the package, but I keep receiving a "Code is not valid for game" error message.  My profile notices the two Achievements I have but I can't alter anything else or see my character.  Any ideas as tp why this is happening?

It's busted. Server overload mostly. Give it a couple days.

do you type in all the numbers at once or use -'s between em?
