I'm trying to download the Shale content, but I have a code containing 4 groups of 4 characters (xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx), and only space in the PS3 entry box for 3 groups of 4 (xxxx-xxxx-xxxx).
Does anyone have any ideas, please?

i have the same problem with shale and dragon armor, it always says that my code was redeemed, but i bought this game 2 weeks ago.

In order to redeem the codes you need to actually be in the game, there is a place for Downloadable Content on the main menu once starting the game (where New Game, Load Game, etc., is there will be Downloadable Content) Go in here and enter the 4 group code.

If you purchased a used copy of the game chances are they used the codes already. They only work one time. If you did not by a used game I would look under the Downloadable Content (it will say if you purchased it - and you can download it if it is purchased/redeemed.. perhaps you redeemed it and didn't notice) If all else fails perhaps contact BioWare or the store you purchased the game and request another one with proof you bought it new.

also instead of - just put in spaces, knew that held mine up until I stumbled on it.

My problem is I have the code for Shale redeemed. I go to Sulcher's Pass and get the option "Download Content" from the merchant. When I select it, it always tells me "You have to be signed in to the PS network" although I always am...
