HeroicMass - Thinks the Eagle and Vorcha hunter are the best things ever
Relix28 - "Oh no a brute!" Loves it every time we bring that up
Bechter - "You mean shield boost works on my teammates?"
TattyUD - "I can't believe you made me stare at this wall here for the last hour"
Mystic H - secret weapon
Red BIitz - uses all his missiles on swarmers or guardians 
Upinya Slayin - Can't spell at all
Biggs - "FML, never playing off host again."
Goosh - I would quote him if I understood a thing he says. 
Gollum - turns a build with no points in anything into a killing machine
LoneWo1f - would rather sacrifice his Salarian than extract
Jack Crapper - no words for the things he posts here
SlimJim - Hasn't slept in 36 hours, the hero we deserve
AreleX - "I still hate this ******* game."

I would think that those who post regularly on BSN are a very small fraction of the player base. I've played a bit over 4,000 games so far but I don't recall playing with anyone who posts regularly on BSN except my buddy TitusThongger. I've a good friends list but I don't see them posting often. It's too bad most of them know the game well.

I've only really played with most BSN people once or twice, due to most of my time being spent either PUGing, playing with a friend who isn't a BSNer but lurks, or playing AC3. Though off the top of my head I remember playing with or seeing these people in PUGs;

 Usually I'm in PuGs.
Sometimes I team up with guys like PatMaweeny, NAVIHEYLISTEN, Jayk359, b0omBastic, smgfan, Rainman MP, GoldZero1, Eve of the war, j0hnnyshepard, Ys MOGHLIBEAR, dokukaeru, SeitenHekireki, darkseraphim17, KrimsonKracker5, DemiGodxXxZero, and my friends in rl Gunslinger ESP and Rex Laconico (both total n00bs).
Some I've only played with them once or twice cause the scrubs won't invite me. <_<

To my knowledge, I've only played with a BSNer once (yesterday morning, and I only realized it because I got on the forums right after our game and saw the same screenie). But I've got a mind like a steal sieve so I could be playing with forumites all the time and just don't recall their handles. I mostly pug silver and a bit of gold on xbox.

Naw, in my experience those (or we if I am to include myself) are actually quite common to PUG Gold. Platinum isn't really a much fun difficulty. just boss rushing all along. Gold is way more entertaining without just dishing out DPS, which is apparently an opinion most BSN people share.

Though a good number keep to themselves and their friendlists, so there's that.

Only met like one of the players. But for a few days I have been on bronze because my friend just got the game and he is not an amazing action-gamer. So I just duo stuff with him on it. Relaxing away.
