Just wondering, if you got banned, how would you know? Would there be a notice while logging in or something?

Wow, he's "earned" over 1.5 million credits per match completed, plus however many credits he needed to get his inventory to its current state. He must complete each objective wave about an hour before it's announced!

Most of them will just buy the game again from a cheap cdkey store, make a new account then they will continue cheating.

I don't think you would be able to log into the EA server, or it would say you need a license to log in or something along those lines.  Why...?  Nervous...?

These ban waves must be working. The only cheater i've seen (PC) in my 3 months of playing has been one map glitcher.

You would recieve an email titled: "Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer - Exploitative Activity Found"

The contents of the e-mail are:  "This e-mail is to notify you that your account has been banned from the
multiplayer portion of Mass Effect 3 for exploitation. You will still have
access to all single player content.

We've concluded that this behavior
has a negative impact on the Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer community. The
exploitation that took place on this account directly violates the Mass Effect
3/Origin Terms of Agreement and/or Service. As a result we have decided to
remove your access to the multiplayer portion of Mass Effect 3.

information please contact the Account Administration at

If you actually happen to be banned while playing, you can continue playing for as long as the servers are up, and you didn't actually exit the game or get disconnected from the servers.

The next time you try to connect, you'll have your Online Pass revoked, and while I can say nothing for the console versions, I know for a fact that this means that there is nothing you can do to reactivate it on the PC, since PC users don't actually activate Online Passes themselves.

So cheating and getting away with it or looking the other way is ok but reporting it is bad,

Or, they're taking preventive action to make sure there are less people that will ruin their playing experience via drop-in play, for example.

I've only had an experience with one of them, but I think they know what they are doing is wrong. I would agree with a banhammer for such people. It's so overtly unfair to others playing the game.

Well, if the ban wave caught up with the guys in the Top 25 PC Leaderboard, then there'll be about 10+ people missing from the PC Top 25 come the new year.

Well bioware people wouldnt cheat if u didnt nerf everything. You dont see gears of war, COD or any other online game nerfing weapons and characters. Whats the point of making them, then nerfing them. You nerf characters then buff up the enemies, not smart. Thats why people rocket glitch or glitch in general. I dont cause i dont find it hard on platinum personally, but everybody doesnt feel the same. Just saying
