I purchased the "Dragon Age Origins Digital Deluxe Edition" from gamestop, and it is supposed to come with the following:
  • The Stone Prisoner DLC
  • Blood Dragon Armor
  • Warden’s Keep DLC
  • Collector’s Edition Download Content that includes 3 items (Bergen’s Honor, Grimoire, & Final Reason)
  • Digital Soundtrack
  • Wallpapers
  • Memory Band DLC item
Yet all I have is my "Dragon Age Origins Digital Deluxe Edition" key. I put that into the EA Downloader and it activated it, giving me access to the game itself, the wallpapers, and the soundtrack. I'm assuming that I should have gotten a few other keys in my email for the two DLC packs, Blood Dragon Armor (Both for DA:O and ME2), Memory Band, and "Collector’s Edition Download Content that includes 3 items (Bergen’s Honor, Grimoire, & Final Reason)". Upon launching the game it's not showing me as having anything installed, so I think it's pretty safe to assume the items were NOT bundeled into the origional installation.

Am I an idiot and missing something that is painfully obvious? Has anyone else had the same issue? Who do I need to contact for official support? I tried to purchase the game from Game Stop, they sent me to a website called Try Media Acquisition LLC who took my CC information and gave me the key. Try Media sent me to EA to activate my key, and EA sent me to the Bioware website for DLC activation.

Call me simple, but this seems a bit overly complicated.

don't suppose you've found our how to get your DLC yet? I just purchased the digi deluxe from gamestop just to get the goodies...but where are these pesky codes? I also bought a deluxe version from a store and it had separate codes on cards that worked fine... but I want my Memory Band. I also got the download one for my laptop so one less DVD to truck around with. I'm still trolling the forums for where these DLC codes might be hiding for digi games.

It is unnecessarily complicated, but the codes are supposed to be emailed to you.

I bought this from Gamestop too last Friday. I still had not received any additional unlock code by Sunday. So I contacted EA support, and they modified my account directly and gave me all the items.

I dont know if its because I contacted EA to get the stuff already, but it's been a week now, and still no email from Gamestop.

Last time I do business with that store.

I just bought the digital download through Gamestop about a week or so ago, I was just so happy to get the game that I wasnt even aware that it was supposed to come with some DLC as per the add on website http://dragonage.bioware.com/addon/ . It says ~* Every new retail box of DA:O contains a promotional code on a promotional code card which when redeemed provides a free download of The Stone Prisoner. Digital purchases of DA:O will have the code emailed

Also ~Purchase a new copy of Dragon Age: Origins (regular or Collector's Edition) and receive a code to download Blood Dragon Armor, a full set of armor that grants exceptional protection in combat.

Neither of which I have received from Gamestop. Ive emailed them 3 times and still nothing. Just emailed EA yesterday, here's to hoping.

I know I wont be doing business with Gamestop anymore thats for sure.

Thought Id update this, I originally did not buy the deluxe edition, but DA;s official site mentioned nothing about having to have the collectors edition to get either of these two downloads I previously mentioned. After having it out with Gamestop, they did however, send me the Collectors Edition for free along with all the codes associated with it. So I am a very happy customer :)

This is the reason I will never, ever, under any circumtances buy a "digital only" copy of anythiing.

It's just too easy for them to screw you over, intentionally or not.

The Liscence key is seperate from the code key. I use the EA download manager wich automatically puts the 'liscence code in upon installing the game. The code to redeem for your goodies comes in the confirmation email, and can be used 'in game' for both Dragon Age and ME2. Access it in game by clicking downlaodable content in the main menu of either game, and 'redeeming code' option should become available for the items you desire. All this upon having your games registered with bioware... I'd step out on a limb here and say that it would also be advisable to have one account for the above threads. Using two your just creating more headaches for yourself.

Just had a hell of a time finding the DLC Promo code. I bought it off Origin, for anyone looking for the code I did NOT receive an Email. Where the codes are located is on the Origins beta app click the cog wheel options menu at the top near the question mark then under ORDER HISTORY it has a list of the codes. The promo key is labeled Dragon Age Origins Digital Deluxe - Digital Deluxe Extras. You MUST register the game with Bioware before you can activate the code. Luckily the product key is also located in the ORDER HISTORY. Make sure you don't confuse the product code with the promo code. Have fun :D

Well. I tried to get the codes, but they aren't there. I contacted the support and after several questions they said I should wait for 24-48 hours and I will receive codes with another e-mail. 24 hours passed. Still waiting...
