I'm at the point were an Agent for the Broker wants a copy of the infomation on Cerberus.
Shall I give it to them? Will it have a change in the story?

This sounds like something that happens in ME1 but you're in an ME2 forum. Just to be clear, which game are you playing? If it's ME1 then I can tell you I didn't notice any changes. If it's ME2 I'm honestly not sure where you are and I haven't played enough ME3 to answer anyway.

It has no effect on the story. It's in ME1.
