Favorite/Least favorite loyalty mission

Favorite: Tali. Duh, no suprise, look at my avatar.
Least favorite: Thane. I thought it was lame. Spying from the rafters? Really? I thought the loyalty mission should've had something to do with Thane's sickness. But nooooo. We gotta straighten out Thane Jr. so he don't follow daddy's footsteps. Lame.
BTW, I also hate Legion's but at least you can shoot things.

Not sure I have a least favourite either but there's a few I tend to steam through as fast as I can, including Jacob's and Thane's. It's not that I dislike them as such but they really don't add anything significant to the ME universe (compare Ardat Yakshi and how asari feel about them introduced in Samara's mission) and they lack the connection of involving Shepard's old friend characters from the first game.

On topic im with PsiFive i like grunts cause my fav char is wrex an grunts a krogan soo
Jacobs hardly ever gets done cause he gets vented nigh all the time so maybe i dislike that most
But then you got Thanes who puts me to sleep
an then you got Jacks where i honestly wish there was an option to strap her to the chair yourself an strangle her or tie her to the bomb an leave her there
TBH i could nit pick through them all cause im not a great fan of many of the me2 companions an have vented them all apart from tali an grunt, well tali once but that was by mistake and had to get therapy after it, i see the loyalty missions as a necessary evil to playing the awesome that is the suicide mission

least favorite are Legion's (and I love Legion, just his mission is just 'horde' to me), and Jacob's.
Everyone else fits into the middle.
Simple reason why those top three are my favorite. It isn't all about shooting things. Nice change of pace. As for how it matters to the ME Universe....that is not a prerequisite on whether I liked the LM's or not. Since the very definition of them focuses on the individuals. Nothing wrong if they DO add to the ME lore and Universe, but was never necessary. I just used them as a way to get to know my teammates better. And with Thane and Samara's LM, it was more about talking....some interesting dialogue, and new things to learn about the individuals. Good times.

Miranda LM
I like Illum, the fights against Eclipse mercs are cool and it develops the story of my favorite character of the game.
Least Favorite :
Jacob LM
Boring mission, boring characters. At least the planet is nice.

Least Favorite wold have to go to... Legion or Jacob.
Legion has a cool story, but the gameplay and environment is really snoozy.
Jacob has a decent plot as well, but it doesn't come off as particularly meaningful or worthwhile.

Grunt because of the awesome rite of passage and the confrontation with that krogan afterwards.
Mordins because it nicely sets up the genophage arc (even though i'm not an fan of how parts of it were executed in ME3)
And both of them take place on the krogan homeworld Tuchanka; Thats a big plus!
Worst would have to be Miranda's LM. Fighting through Illiums warehouses isn't my idea of fun, and the plot twist about her friend betraying her were a bit too predictable. But if i had to say anything positive about that mission, it would be that the finale boss is good and the reunion with her sister at the very end is also a little heartwarming.

Least favourite - either Jacob's or Jack's

Mordin - Love it. An expose of one of the most interesting characters. Also shows Paragon Shep up as a righteous but narrow-minded ass.
Miranda - Yeah, it's good. Nice combat, like the twist that her 'twin' is a child, and no massive plot holes.
Garrus - I like that Garrus is loyal whatever happens, so the game doesn't really punish either opinion.
Samara - Nice to have a change from the fighting. But really, why would you ever pick Morinth?
Legion - Like it. Though could have done a little more with the morality of the choice.
Jack - An interesting exploration of her character. The choice to spare the guy seems a bit odd - especially as he has no hope of outrunning that MASSIVE explosion.
Kasumi - Interesting. Except for the love story - that was tedious.
Tali - Would be great until the fact that you are able to convince the council to accept through sheer force of personality through para/reneg choices and make them abandon due process. Just silly.
Zaeed - Pretty well done. Like the choice, like the situation. It's solid enough.
Grunt - Just lots of fights. That's it.
Thane - Didn't really like the 'follow' game mechanic.
Jacob - Just awful. The plot is a huge mess, which drives me wild.

Least favourite was Thanes because it just lacked something.

Miranda - issues with her daddy
Jacob - issues with his daddy
Tali - issues with her daddy
Thane - issues with his son
Samara - issues with her daughter
Though out of all of the missions getting to fight a thresher maw on foot with Grunt was cool.

MINDBLEACH EMERGENCY! Can just imagine that there's some special ointment she needs you to find and rub into..... okay, now I really do need mindbleach.ViciousCargo wrote...
At least there isn't a Kelly loyalty mission. It would probably involve something to do with Scale Itch or some nonsense.

As for my least favourite I would say Thane for the following game mechanic that is not really good, along with the Tali, that tribunal thing it is pretty boring for me

Grunt, Tali and Miranda's missions were probably my favorite, but i didnt dislike any of the others enough to label it least favorite.

Least Fav: Probably Jacob's. Nothing really moving in the story, and doesn't really affect Jacob. In the end a boring scenario for a boring character (one that I started the game off trusting the most outside of Garrus).

Least Favorite: Samara, only because it goes so off the rails at the end. There's no real reason anybody has to die (we even see in ME3 that the asari can keep ardat-yakshi under confinement), a hedonistic serial killer is not "more useful" on a suicide mission no matter how much of a Renegade Shepard is, and the whole "Morinth impersonates Samara" is half-assed and just dumb, considering that she continues to use biotic powers that Samara doesn't have and even yells something like "Fear the power of the Ardat-Yakshi!" in front of other squadmates.

But from the ones I've played my favourite two would have to be Miranda's and Garrus'. They were awesome and they involved my two faavourite characters.
Grunt, Mordin, and Zaaeed's missions were good too. Jack's was ok but i dont really like her.
The worst one and the only i found lame was jacobs. He's a bland guy
