That's BSN (and to be honest, the Internet as well, but BSN is particularly good at derailing innocent topics).  I was wondering whether this thread could survive without turning into something ugly... I put too much faith in BSN by even doubting.

Right, why I blame feminism.

In short; due to society's disapproval of masculinity, increasing feminization of previously male-dominant areas (Including this one) and as a result lack of support for men who fall victim to this and it's consequences.

Now, I happen to know you've another channel and your stance on this subject at large so I doubt I need to go into detail what the causes and effects are of feminism in its current form. Obviously there are a ton of issues, some related, some not; be it the Nice Guy syndrome, PUA community, issues with child custody, increasing false reports of rape, and many more.

To me this means i'll help my fellow man along at times, rather than compete. If I see somebody affected in such a way that he's only hurt despite society's norms, then i'll happily give him a few pointer. We can always compete later.

The culprit is, we've only ourselves to blame. Maybe we ought to solve it ourselves.

In a perfect world it would have stayed on track. You do realize that it was men who derailed the thread though, right?  Let me give you an example - I used to post on a forum that was by far and by large mostly girls with the rare guy in between. Occasionally, some men posted topics "Who else is a guy here" to find their fellow men to talk to. None of the topics got derailed into a sh*tstorm, quite the opposite.
