So, I just came back from a nice restaurant. The waitress was pretty cute so I thought I would try my luck. She seemed pretty uninterested until the check came. Instead of giving her my credit card I showed her my Claymore. She responded by saying the meal was on the house and we have a date for next Friday.

Try that with a silly little Talon.

I showed the same chick my Javelin X.... she's now carrying my second child....

Girth is important for heavy weapons.

But... she could feel my Javelin tapping the back of her teeth.... Image IPB

Nonsense. Shotgun to face solves everything.

Claymore really is the go-to gun for any class really.
It's balanced so that any class can use it if they spec for weight at rank 4 passive and maybe some recharge things on some powers.

Great weapon. But its silly to think when a player doesn't use it to assume that they are unaware of its awesomeness.

I guess some girls appreciate the charge up time before you let your ferrofluid fly.

You're right...the Wraith is the solution to every problem

Yeah I have to agree.

The claymore sounds and feels better, but the wraith is just more efficient.

However, I'd argue the Talon is the ultimate solution to every problem - I can't think of a single class where it would fail to be effective.

I hate the Talon on any class that has to be constantly moving. The movement penalty is too much.

Talon has a movement penalty? Also, it's best on the most mobile classes. Fury, GI, Drellguard (any vanguard, really).

If you're running while shooting the reticule blooms really wide. I hate it on classes where I'd be moving and shooting at the same time, so I can't use it on a Fury.

I'm sure the Javelin's innate penetration is the reason for the incoming baby.

Let this be a lesson to all Javelin users: Claymores can be used to prevent pregnancy!

Oh c'mon, even a Predator can achieve THAT...unless the poor pregnant woman happens to be a banshee, of course.

Any weapon can handle any situation, as long as you know how to use it.

uhhh...I guess? Actually no...just no.

Here's an example. Imagine you are in a room. There's an Atlas in the room and you have no escape. There is a Predator sitting on the table.

I've got 99 problems, and the Claymore takes them out very slowly, one by one.

Anyway, the Hurricane is the real answer to every problem, provided you can actually headshot things.

I can headshot plenty of things with the Hurricane, they just have to be on the ceiling.

Don't get me wrong. I like the Claymore a lot and use it often but there are many other good weapons in the game. The Claymore is not the answer to every problem.

The claymore is not the only answer to every problem, but it is usually a correct answer and nearly always the final word.

Claymore kind've IS the answer to every problem. There isn't a situation that I know of in which the Claymore can't deal with it.

That being said, it is not my favorite weapon.

The Claymore Theory is a very well founded and supported theory, but it has strong contendors. Chiefly, the Harrier Theory, the Reegar Theory, the Javelin Theory and the Raider Theory. Some of these theories like to challenge the Claymore Theory on similar grounds, but others, particularly the Javelin Theory, like to be indie and pierce through all other rival theories with pin-point precision. The Javelin Theory has a slight problem however, it's got an incredibly slow start to new comers, and the booklet weighs a ****ton.:?
