Hi everyone,l'm using the widescreen mod together with the bigger fonts mod by Ghostdog.

The language of my installation is Italian, so I used the ghostdog paired with the fonts-italian.

But there is a problem: is there a specific reason my ! have a form of a T Posted Image

Probably an error in the font image. You can make your own font files using this handy utility (scroll down to post #4).

I don't speak Italian so I'm not exactly sure which extra letters are necessary or if there are specific font types that go with them. I can only list the steps to create BG2 font files (only necessary if you can't figure it out from the post).

1. Download the files and extract them in your java folder (usually C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Java\\jre6\\bin).
2. Go to that folder and make a new text file (right click > new > text document).
3. Open the text file and type in the following:
java -jar font-bam-generator-1.0.jar -charset cp1250 -font "DejaVu Serif Bold 14" -out d:\\normal.bam -useAA true -drawShadow false
4. Replace the red texts with whatever you wish. Save the file then change its extension to BAT. Double click it to generate the font files.
5. For regular texts you see in dialogues, the file name is "normal.bam". For floating texts, "floattxt.bam" (also set -drawshadow to true). For tool tip (when you press tab), "toolfont.bam".
6. Place the bam files into the override folder of your BG2 directory and you're done.
