There is something you could be interested, it´s called Mass Effect 4. It´s a Project in the german Forum:
Welcome to Mass Effect 4. The Story takes place after Mass Effect 3 and builds up on an own created Fanfic Ending by me. The Guidelines how the Story should develop were created in the German Bioware Forum with the
help of a majority voting. In this way also the Protagonist Kysaek was created.(with all including, Race, Origin, Look , et cetera) After every chapter a new choice event begins where the fate of Kysaek is told. In a way this is the literary version of the Mass Effect games.

Also to mention is that the story in the german version is already in a later chapter because the translator Not_Zero has not always time to translate
