All we need to know about ME3 and awards was shown in the VGA's Game of the Year award.

The only thing well deserved by thins game was the kick in the behind BioWare got in response to the original ending from the fans.....which is still lacking severely even with the EC.

Surprisingly yes.

Xenoblade, dragons dogma, ff13-2, a kingdomhearts game,last story, bORDERLAND2 and ME3.

Borderlands 2 is generally classified as an FPS, is it not?

Not with it's stat system, loot system, level and power trees.

It's an fpsrpg. Diabilo with guns

Someone needs to understand what an action rpg is. Borderland's stat system says and in combat dice roll sysem says hello.

Not really. 

Frankly neither of those games are that great but the nomination and victory of ME3 as RPG of the year was certain to be rigged.....did everyone just forget how all the critics loved the game and insulted the fans when 99% of the fans hated the game? Were they just blind, stupid and desperate to drive away all their customers or were they well paid/threatened by EA? I'd have thought we're over and done paying any attention to worthless advertising and that's ALL this award is....a paid advertisement. I'll praise the game when it deserves it.

I believe the Borderlands series considers itself an RPS, or roleplaying shooter. It's got the basic rpg mechanics wrapped up in an fps-style game.
