well, I might take a rogue along a times for looting.  Two easy questions,

- Human or Elf?  I am assuming a human would be a better race for an Arcane Warrior?

- The only way to get the Arcane Warrior class is via Adrastes Ashes quest?

AW unlock is in the Werewolf ruins - in the forest with the Dalish Elf quest line.

Doh, of course. You'd think I would know one dungeon from another after playng the game a number of times. )

If you have already played the game and unlocked AW then it will be unlocked for all future games.  Even if you delete the game and reinstall, the unlocked are linked to your Bioware account and will be updated as soon as you log on.

Harumph, I will probably be playing my xbox version that I do not have hooked up to the internet.  If I do hook up and log in I wonder if all previous info from my playthroughs will go onto my account or only ones in which occur when logged in.

human or elf makes little difference. The elf is slightly better optimized since they are no wasted points in useless stats.

Bah, the Arcane Warriors were initially elves, the spirit that teaches it to you shows the image of an elf in full plate casting spells. Go elf

Aye, I agree Aera...LOL...if you want the true spirit of Arcane Warrior got for ELF definitely. It's a shame you can't choose Dalish elf for that matter
