I find it strange, investigations are only allowed to achieve level 5 but I climb biotic damage and assault rifle to 6/6 I wonder if this is normal, and if it is also possible to upload technological damage too.
ANYONE been able to do this and in what investigation.

Sounds like ME2 and research upgrade projects. And yeah, 6/6 and (I think) even 7/7 dues to upgrades available in DLC. You can even do 10/10 by cheating though that seems to be a hard limit.

nope, i have a xbox Mass Effect 2, why i would cheating?
do not buy any dlc yet only I have the cerberus network
It only that i dont buy anything since got Collectors Final Mision, then i buy and do research (investigations), you find loots of upgrades and dont buy it, since sell 2 biotics (tunchaka and illium), same as for Asault Rifle, but remember that all investigations on xbox reach at least 5/5, so I find it way too be the first to notice

You didn't say you were on a console and I wasn't suggesting you cheat with the save editor anyway. It was for information purposes, to inform that not only is 6/6 and 7/7 possible but even 10/10, though oddly not 11/11 or more. I repeat, info, no more than that.
If you have downloaded Cerberus Network then you have DLC. I never said it had to be paid content, just that there are upgrades in DLC. I believe there are three upgrades to be found in the Cerberus Network content, though you can only ever get two of them in a single playthrough as two are found in mutually exclusive paths in the Zaeed mission. Can't say more than that in a spoiler free area.
From what I recall the research terminal says 0/5, 1/5, 2/5 etc for all research projects but this is misleading. It implies that 5/5 is as high as it goes but as soon as you get a sixth upgrade it changes to 6/6 and so on. The Wiki shows that assault rifles can be upgraded 7 times (in addition to accuracy and penetration), pistols 6 times, heavy weapon ammo 7 times, and shotguns, sniper rifles and SMGs 6 times. Bioamps and omnitools are 6 each, while Shepard's health can be improved 7 times and shields and medigel capacity 6 times.
In short, if it already says 5/5 on your research terminal on the Normandy and you see another upgrade for sale you can buy it. If you're worried about it not working and losing credits just save the game first, then buy it and try it out.

So with all the DLC's can reach that level of upgrade weapons, biotics, tech, health, it's great.
It is somewhat strange that not upgrade the level of research, and likewise in the normandy not display all the achievements for not downloading
