Keep telling yourself they're truthful.  Maybe you'll even believe it someday.  Haha.

Sure. Then you can keep going around hoping for ending  related dlc and act super pissed every time they release something like Omega and Leviathan. One is less annoying than the other though.

This is the fuel of religion.

No matter how often the believer's lust for planetary destruction rears itself and fails, no matter how adamant they are that their various messiahs are on the verge of returning (usually to fulfill that lust for planetary destruction) and never do, in spite of millennia of inaction and in the face of every fact...

...it's always "Aha!  But this time it'll be different!"

Did I ever tell you the definition of ...insanity?

I'm not expecting them to.  I do, however, find it infinitely hilarious that people like you hang on every word of people who seem to be made entirely out of lies.  Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to use this new DLC to help me retake Omega!  Oh, it's an alternative appearance pack?  And I can't use normal squad mates on Omega?  Huh.  Not sure how that'll help me retake it, but BW said it so it must be true.

I think they ment the Cerberus Armor, cause you know wearing Cerberus armor while everyone's fighting Cerberus makes sense.

Well, from a narrative standpoint, my Shepard is much more in line with Cerberus than he is the alliance. He immediately resigns his recommissioned status into the alliance, taking Spectre authority alone. He also has the Normandy repainted. I also created a new type of Reaper that kills the alliance crew onboard so he can get his Cerberus crew back.

TIM needs to be stopped. The man is clearly insane, a shell of what he was. The Reapers have twisted and perverted his original goals so that he is now the big 'Control' freak in ME3 that he is.

But I see your point.

No I don't believe it will and I'm not sure if I want it to either.

I only want it to deal with the ending if it changes them in a drastic manner.  For me, that means no more catalyst and anything related to the catalyst.  At all.  IF (and that is a massive if) they were to do that then I would be interested to see more ending related dlc.

However I realize the odds of that happening are almost non-existant.  Since the most likely case of any ending related dlc will just be adding more to what is already there then I absolutely want no more ending related dlc.  Give me anything but more talk about the catalyst. LI dlc, war asset dlc, appearance packs, Palaven dlc, adding the new MP maps as N7 missions I dont care.  If the endings are set in stone, which they appear to be, then leave them be and focus on something else.

Dum, Spiro, Spero. While I breath, I hope. We're not going to shut and and go away, Bioware, much as you may want us to. You might want to consider that in your future plans.

I would love to have a pre extended cut DLC that improves on Priority earth and makes it more interesting.. It could be justified tat if you add enough new war assets more will show on earth and you get the enw priority earth mission, same basic layout but with more life to it...

Before asking to remove the ghost kid at the end, at least understand who he is and what his purpose is. Just because you don't happen to like him, is not a valid reason. His "crazy logic" that some say, is that he's simply lying to you, and not invalidating the lore, creating plot holes or many other crazy stuff that people claim happens. He clearly states that he represents the Reaper's interests (finding a solution to chaos, organics represent chaos, Reapers represent order).

They don't need a LI DLC, that part where you invited, say, Tali up to your cabin, that was it. Or with non-squadmembers (eg. Miranda, or even Kelly), they had their moment too. I say moment, not entire 20 minutes to spend with them.

War asset DLC was said to be outside their budget. They wanted to do this, but it didn't fit their budget. Purely a business decision.

Palaven DLC, for what? They had a full mission on Palaven. If people are referring to Kal'Reegar being there, check your e-mail, he's dead. Or there was a message about him on the news. Heroic sacrifice kind of thing. Popular theme with war. Might have been cool to fight along side him, but he was a minor character. You had your moment with him during Mass Effect 2.

@ magnetite ...

IT is not the "beat to death" argument in every topic.

you know, there are some people, who do not believe in IT.

He didn't mention IT, he simply said the brat is a liar.  And if you think you can completely trust the Reapers while they're telling you how to kill yourself, you've got some major problems.

he is one of the major advocates of IT.

You big, stupid, jellyfish!

Can't believe why anyone would defend the starbrat.

Remove that entire sequence and jump to exploding relays... opps, my bad, it's *discharging* relays now, and the game endssi much better. EVERY. TIME.
For those who think their Shepard made the big sacrifice, that holds true, since there was no capitulation to an AI and acceptance of a forced suicide of choice.

Throw in a LI reunion like what MEHEM did, and those who thought Shepard deserved better go away feeling "Yes! We did it!"

The only good part about the Starbrat encounter was the Refusal speech.
It was one of the best performance by both Meer and Hale, well written that begged for an "EEFFFF! YEAH!!" response ... but we all know where *that* went.

I don't think I've even mentioned IT in this thread. Maybe something about fans going on if they don't get what they want (the football fans own the club bit), and the above post to explain certain "missing" parts of the game that some fans wanted.

Like I said earlier, people reacted to certain things without knowing all the facts. Those claiming they didn't see Kal'Reegar at all on Palaven, might have just forgotten to read their e-mail or listen to the news reports. The other possible explanation for that is that maybe the actor (Adam Baldwin) was busy and couldn't do the part, so they didn't call him to do voice work.

Oh yes, any Ending DLC should have this :

Or it doesn't count.

So good speech should equal victory?

/facepalm

Ever heard of this?
"How fast does a Star Fury fly?"
"As fast as the plot requires it to."

Defenders of the "impossible win" scenario simply ignore the fact that it was written as such.
The Crucible could have been the key to drop all reaper sheilds, scramble reaper systems (as shown possible in Leviathan) but the writers chose instead to force a "no win, reapers can't be beat" situation on us.

Reapers *have an off switch*.
Or is Leviathan invalid?

That doesn't fit the theme of the third game. It's a war story, where billions of lives have been extinguished by Reapers, not to mention has a ton of dark content.

Thank God we have the story and the ending in the hands of professional writers.

And you are welcomed to all the dark content you want.

Apparenty, I played a very different game where dispite centuries of hatred and bigotry, the Galaxy's Races banded together.

Despite fear and selfishness, one sacrificed his life to give his racial enemies hope for the future.

Despite all the deaths happening at the galactic scale, one person, stood up and said "No, we won't lay down and die, quietly into the night." and gave hope to many without even that of their own survival.

I played a game that over the course of 5 years, and three episodes, told me that there is value in the human spirit, that one can do the impossible, and that I didn't have to resort to betrayal nor use the enemies' tactics to win. (well up to those last 10 mins)

I played a game of hope.
What game did you play?

ps: edits because posting from a phone is  ... painful ;)
