lol right because adding a reunion scene to an ending in which Shepard's survival is (incompetently and flat out badly) implied would TOTALLY ruin the ending for you people and make it unfit right?Brovikk Rasputin wrote...

Throw in a LI reunion like what MEHEM did, and those who thought Shepard deserved better go away feeling "Yes! We did it!"
That doesn't fit the theme of the third game. It's a war story, where billions of lives have been extinguished by Reapers, not to mention has a ton of dark content.
Thank God we have the story and the ending in the hands of professional writers.

and the only way that can be accomplished for me is to simply add a reunion scene and a confirmation Shepard lives in high EMS destroy until then I am not even touching the game.Brovikk Rasputin wrote...

First of all, they're not going to do a DLC only certain people get to see. So if that's seriously what you want for a DLC, just give up already. It's not going to happen.
Secondly, that's what YOU want. Some people want the Catalyst removed. Some want boss battles. Somw want entirely new endings. And the list goes on. No matter what BW does, there'll be a massive amount of whining on here it's simply not worth it.

They already made Leviathan and Omega, didn't they?
And making a decent ending DLC might well make these previously untouchable additions much more attractive for many.

first off. EVERYONE can see that scene by pocking a different ending IF they want to, otherwise the EC most probably added enough closure for them. Secondly, according to Bioware's OWN telemetry over 60 % of the players chose destroy and a reunion scene would indeed please a LOT of people and turn the atmosphere around hereBrovikk Rasputin wrote...

Oh, the ending's theme has been in all three games in one form or another, it's not something that just sort of popped up in the last 20 minutes out of nowhere like some here might say.

Bull****. Every synthetic that rebelled bar two were being controlled by Reapers. And even then one of the two that did rebel, became your squadmate and friend!
If you could see past your own interpretation for once, you might notice it.

All DLC is something only certain people get to see. Namely, those that purchase and download it.
The fact that you don't want it and wouldn't download it is about as relevant as someone else not wanting or downloading Omega. Or Leviathan. It's just you and your opinion. Though the fact that you would begrudge other people a satisfactory piece of DLC just because you wouldn't like it kinda says something about you...
Secondly, yes there's a lot of opinions out there about what would have made a better ending. But I'll bet that if Biwoare did something that removed the less popular aspects of the endings and perhaps added a clearer "Shepard lives" ending, they'd still make a mint simply because the ending would be considered "better" if not perfect.
And for the record, no I don't think the endings are going to be touched anymore. It's a shame Bioware's pride is clouding their judgement on this. But stick a fork in ME3, it's done.

The Geth was never an ally for me.
not for you .. for me, it was.
there are many different tastes out there .. sadly, the current endings just fit to a portion of them.
a lot of people have left or did not buy the dlc .. most - like 11 out of 12 people i know do not play me3 anymore, because the endings do not fit to them. those people did not buy any dlc and i did not as well.
tweaking an ending, to fit to the taste of the rest of the people, would hurt nobody.
brovvik .. as far as i know, you choose control as your ending .. it would not effect you and the tweaking could be done with the release of one of the next dlc. since it would sell better, than without the tweaked ending, there is no loss for you, because nothing would have to be cut out to make it happen.
result - a far less toxic bsn and no more need to complain about complaining.

What we have here is not a very solid argument. You see, BW could easily make a story DLC and stick an official MEHEM in there. You download the DLC featuring an exciting adventure in the Hanar world of Splish-Splash, rewarded with many, many EMS points. When you install it, you get 'Do you want to activate Good Ending mode?', which you can either do or not.
I'd be willing to consider buying it. What's your problem with it?
