I've done some research into this majority phenomenon, and at least as far as the BSN is concerned, there have been roughly about 9000 new posts in the last week in the Mass Effect 3 story forum. This game sold over 4 million copies. So, I'd say BSN is the vast minority. Kind of debunks that whole "BSN is the majority of the fanbase" thing some have been saying. Or the vocal ones are the only ones who they listen to.
It doesn't debunk anything. The BSN is a fairly large sample size of players. I'd wager a lot of others share our dislike of the ending.

It won't be post ending, but I am predicting it will at least affect the ending in some way.

I would love it but not counting on it, assuming it is the final one. At least I just hope it's character driven. I don't need any more explanations just feels at this point

thats ending related isn't it.
But it's totally fine that Normandy flies in at the last minute to evacuate your two squadmates.magnetite wrote...
Throw in a LI reunion like what MEHEM did, and those who thought Shepard deserved better go away feeling "Yes! We did it!"
That doesn't fit the theme of the third game. It's a war story, where billions of lives have been extinguished by Reapers, not to mention has a ton of dark content.
Thank God we have the story and the ending in the hands of professional writers.
Yes the new DLC will add a single new conversation option, which you can Youtube for Free instead of paying $16.00 for it.sentinel_87 wrote...
Bioware has sated before that they will not drastically alter the endings but may add to them in a way similar to Leviathan. I still think this gives them enough leeway to make some fans a little happier with the ending of Shepard's story.
I would be surprised if the final DLC does not add something to the endings.
And it still bothers me to this day that this is followed by the Catalyst saying... The cycle continues... And then?... Nothing.Commander Shepard said...
I fight for freedom. Mine, and everyone’s. I fight for the right to choose our own fate. And if I die, I’ll die knowing that I did everything I could to stop you. And I’ll die free.

Wouldn't it be awesome if Harbinger's voice came though and just said "Assuming Control" lol?Daniel_N7 wrote...
Shepard just stays there. Frozen. And you hang to the controller, press the damn buttons, scream: Shepard, snap out of it! Let's fight some Reapers! But at this point the controls were removed from the player. BioWare now has control and that's all there is to it.

At this point, I'm just hoping ME3 goes out with a bang. Hope is the last to die, or so they say.

If there's one, one single reason why I'm still here is because I choose to believe that change will come. I don't care about what's been said, what others think, anything. I expect an upcoming DLC to be Ending Related, in fact I expect it to Change the Ending.
My Shepard hasn't given up yet. kapow!
