I know that variants of this have been asked before but since no one from the company has replied I feel I must bring it up again, and I do hope this is the proper place since it did not seem to be a general discussion topic.  Anyways with the xbox 360 release, and the ps3 I've heard, there is no way to quickly delete characters, and if you happen to have several characters of the same name you run the risk of deleting the wrong one.  So the question is, is there any plans to patch, I never did get any patches to fix the issues with Mass Effect even though two years have passed, this?  Or at the very least will this be addressed in the expansion pack because I am sorry to say, no matter how cliche this has become, that I will not be purchasing the expansion pack or any future DLC for that matter unless a fix can be found for this.  I am truly hopeful for a quick reply and apologize for any apparent rudeness on my part but the lacking of support, beyond the DLC of course, from past products was quite a turnoff.

Creating multiple characters with the same name is never advised for any game where information is passed along the line.

Always better to wait until all data pertaining to said character has been completly removed before making new character. In this case, its difficult (and have done it myself) as the Social Site is not functioning correctly still and in profiles there is still data from characters deleted a month ago grrrrrr.

Look at the numbers on your game saves, looks like a date right? NEVER use the same name, LOL. If you know when you played a certain character, then you can use the dates.

I fear you misunderstand me, I understand how to do it and am entirely able but the fact that this is the only way that is provided is ridiculous at best.  And as far as the same name issues I might make say a dwarf but decide that I'd rather have that character as an elf instead so it isn't necessarily that I use the same name for multiple characters but a simple error in judgement will give me more than one with the same name.
