Hey guys,
So I was offline for a year, in that time I bought Mass Effect 3 (Collector's) and Dragon Age Origins (PS3 Essentials). So I've come back onto Social Bioware but for some reason I cann't register these two games?
I already have Mass Effect 2 and Dragon Age II registered here (Btw, all my games are PS3) but I can't register these two for some reason.
When I try to register ME3 it says I'm logged into the wrong account? I can't understand that as I have haven't even played ME3 online yet. Why is this?
As for DA:Origins. I just bought it, but when I try and register my barcode it won't accept it? I've double checked and triple checked it and it's correct everytime I enter it. Now it isn't an original DA:Origins nor is it Platinum, it's part of Sony's PS3 Essentials series, is this why I cannot register it? The site does not recognize PS3 Essential barcodes?
I would appreciate any help regarding this. Thanks!

In the case of ME3 you can only register it if you have played it while connected to the internet.
I played mine in a location without an internet connection so am unable to register my copy.
Bioware have not offered any explanation for why they have introduced that restriction or why they have blocked Mass Effect 3 general discussion to unregistered people.

The Answers.HQ.Com forums allow discussion of any game without proven registration ahead of time. The EA Help pages are the official tech support, and if there is a bad code on the DA: O bar code, they are the only people who can assist you in any way.
